There is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting to survive. It is a basic instinct and for me definately one of the paramount ones.

However the Isreali strategy is utterly counterproductive. Instead of investing money in spreading peacefull ways of living in harmony they deliberatley evict others to make spaces for themselves regardless of international law and human sense. They are merciless and cruel in executing the furtherance of a Zionist state, even orthodox Jews recognise that Zionism is ruining the Middle East and making what was once a flourishing oasis of culture into a brutal Crusades era bloodbath.

I doubt the Isreali’s realise they are antagonising people who not only outnumber them but hold the moral high ground, they are using ruthless force and nobody will spare them when thier time comes… I hope that they realise this and change thier ways before many thousands more lives are lost to this brutal conflict.

Using your logic - since the Israelis know that they are outnumbered and that given a chance no one will spare them, they have decided that offence is the best form of defence. When their opponents know that their actions will be met with a disproportionate response by Israel, it makes them pause and think twice about trying something against Israel.
