So I found this quite sweet and inspiring. It’s for friends here but especially for Princejall because if i had to be like the kid in the video and choose a penpal i’d choose one from Lahore. As I’m from Delhi so Lahore is like my sister city. So this video is based on this idea by 2 Americans visiting India and Pakistan a few years ago. They gave idea to teachers in schools in India that they should get the children to write letters to children in Pakistan who would become their penpals. So the letter writing began. Then all these children from India came together and wrote their letters..which became the world’s largest letter 240 by 360 feet and had trouble fitting in a cricket stadium. They then delivered the friendship/love letter to the children of Lahore and it was then displayed in the Gadaffi stadium in Lahore. When they went back to India they took back letters from the children of Pakistan as well as a song.
