in our region being ‘fat’ is actually better, because it means better nutrtion, which leads to stronger bodies and taller heights.

but still it means more food is avaible during the puberty when people grow, so it overall leads to taller people, youll see that people who are in the top few have the tallest people in in the world on average.

errrr at #165 in the world it does not mean that the country is fat, it just means its not as malnutritioned as the countries below it in the list.
and then if we look beyond percentages and look at # of people i.e. % times population, u will see that some countries in sheer numbers have more overweight and more underweight people.
