Brian Close is a close friend of Boyks, both are from Yorkshire.

Close is still not close to being the oldest cricketer on final appearance.** There are 4 players who were 50+ at final test!!!** **Englishman Wilfred Rose was 52 years and 165 days old when he played his last test.

Pakistan just couldn't take the pressure in the first game. Shehzad got Kami out and then got himself stumped. Both were critical dismissals and swung the momentum in India's favor. Not sure about Malik's role in 20/20. if we need someone to knock around the ball Fawad Alam would have been a better candidate. Definitely a senior player is needed to architect a winning innings but Malik is not your man.

Bangladesh pitches are a nightmare for fast bowlers. It is not just ours but all medium pacers are getting a beating. Chasing is a lot easier with a semi decent batting lineup on these wickets. I hope we chase tomorrow or else Ajmal alone is not enough

Thanks GA, DC, and PD...inshallah will try to be regular...hoping for a full game as there is rain forecast after 5pm over there and match starts 3:30pm local time. Don't want a DL tradegy for Pakistan in a rain reduced game..also hoping not to see damad jee tomorrow in the squad.
