A perfect technique for chin-ups.

That is the benefit of having a home gym. You can practice these endlessly.

How much does your punching bag weigh? Do you have it hanging from a swivel/bag holder?

In pakistan we make best punching bags. I have seen them here.

But those are not sold in local market. As a results boxers don't have Punching bags.
I mean imagine a boxer with out a punching bag. Canvas punching bag available in pak market are so thin. A half decent boxer can rip them with his punch.

I was most innovative among all. So I end up making about for different "things" I could punch on.
5 tires tied together----> for upercuts
A wodden board with pad on my hands----to work on my hooks
I specially made punching bag with cloth in and pressed against a stand(to give it enough strength) so I feel likes a heavy punching bag.

I injured my hands so oftten tha once my father told me that "find a solution or quit boxing".

And thats the story of almost every boxer other then the ones from quetta and some from karachi(kesc and steels). They have better eqipment.

After all that "AWAM" wants boxer to win them madels ?????

Amazing. I am surprised after reading about all these unique and different things. I have seen people tie one end of a rope around their stomach and the other to a tire and drag it uphill. How do you have your tires tied together, are they all parallel to each other?

So who is the target audience of those best punching bags that are made, which you mentioned? Who gets to buy them if they are not sold locally?

In canada I bought pakistani made Sparing/practice gloves for 95$.
In pakistan they would be 600-1000 rupees. So to manufacturer its always market out side of pakistan.

Almost every quality sport goods is made in pakistan.
Even Soccer balls, Ice hokey sticks etc etc.

now heat up a metal wire and pass through the tire surface. Exactly where you see "^"
on the bottom.

and when It pass through every single tire tie them up or leave it like a sling to hang tires with a wall or with roof.

Well, sparring (sometimes feels like witnessing a live murder) is a whole another subject. Thanks for detailing everything out.

I would like to see dips too, if there is a video of it anywhere. Between chins and dips, I believe chin-ups give you the maximum amount of compound exercise workout. True for dip-ups also.
