Canada won 3-2. I honestly thought that we would just breeze thru finland to win the cup but finland matched canada in every aspect of the game. Solid goal tending by brodeur but finland's kiprosoff let an easy goal in by neidermyir and that could be blamed as the reason finland lost tonight. Its not everyday that you see him let in goals like that.
An awesome game overall i should say.

Canada played awsome hockey, especially in the last 5 mins of the game as the fins were pressing to score. I loved seeing Mario out there at the end. The guy ranks right up there with Gretzky as the greatest up there, in my opinion. The Fins played well, they just did'nt ave the depth Canada did. Yeah that one goal by Kiprusoff was soft, I'm surprised at him he's usually so solid. Bechara has missed out on a Stanley Cup and a World Cup in the span of like 3 months.
Well no more hockey probly till next year, but this was a great tournament........
