Umer, the Pakistani Brain of Austria

Yes, 1st March next year will be unofficial holidays in India and Pakistan.

The most beautiful thing about the fixtures is that the finals happens to be on the 23rd of March. It seems this world cup is meant for Pakistan (if only they make it that far).

What better Pak Day gift than the World Cup!

*Get Back to Where you Once Belonged! *

Don't you think that the super 6s format gets a little boring. A knock-out quarterfinals round is much more exciting.

Yes! I’m waiting for 1st March 2003 more than my dirth date

I guess we have 2 options availabe for the result of the match

  • Pakistan beats India
  • India Chickens out (wohe murghee kee eik tangh “we will not play Pakistan until…”)

Which one will you bet on ?

I predict Pakistan to make it to the finals from the first group. From the other group I think Canada will make it all the way.

I predict a low scoring final with Canada thoroughly hammering the Pakistani team to bring the World Cup to its rightful owners, the Canucks.

Then, I shall poke fun at all the Pakistani posters here. So, better get ready for all the taunting y'all.

YEH
INDIA WILL EASILY CHICK OUT PUCK PUCK CHICKENS.
THE TIME WILL TELL. OUR TIGERS R JUST THE BEST!!!
PAKISTANI PLAYERS: GRRRRRR GGGGGRRRRR
INDIAN PLAYERS: PUCK PUCK PUCK

HAHAHAHA

From Group A, I predict Pakistan will be the first one to qualify, then Australia.
It will be a contest between India, England and Zimbabwe for the 3rd spot.

For group B, South Africa will definately be thw winner, followed by Srilanka, and I pick Newzeland over Westindies.

Not only I'm excited about the match on March 1st but also the match on Feburary 11, between the top 2 sides in the world, #1 Pakistan and #2 Australia.

And the final is on the same day as the 92 final, March 23rd, which also is my birthday.

Depending on your record against us in World cups, only possibilty right now is Pakistan either chickening out (Like it did during the First ATC) or India winning and making it 4-0. Because India has already said it will play Pak in World cup and ICC knockout Trophy.

AK

If it can play pakistan during the world cup why can't they play us in Sharjah, or in Pakistan.

Isn't Pakistan the same terrorist country that will participate in the world cup?

what gives

Asif_k, youre the chickens, with the inferior record against us... You started this chickening out game with us... As for the ATC, we can win or loose matches, that doesnt prove anything,

Umair, are you absolutely sure it was March23rd, and not March22nd? I mean I remember we had school that day and we had a British principal at that time in our school in Pakistan. He announced the day before that everyone would come to school despite the match, and then he called up my brother on the stage and asked him, "Youre going to come to school tommorow arent you?" He replied "No" and the entire assembly, even the principal started laughing and gave us a holiday...

Anywayz, I predict a very grand birthday present for you umair316!

Woops, the final was on March 25 on 1992, that was my brother's birthday, and this year would be on my birthday, great.
Thank You Spock, and I'm preety sure Pakistan also won a match on your birthday as well, just tell me when it is and I will tell you.
