Sadly, I think that's it. Yuvraj perishes trying to find the mid-wicket fence but finding only Brett Lee running in from the boundary. Harbhajan in the new batsman, so we could see some fireworks at the death.

I hope the margin is over 100...anything below that and the indians will start pretending as if they had plenty chances of winning the cup. I wonder why bevan wasnt used?? He is far better a bowler than hoog

India 223/8

Harbhajan out for 7.

i never saw Yuvrj Played any worse innings then this.
He was dropped twice and seemd he needed 5 chances to pass 30. :hehe:

India 226/9

Srinath bowled Lee

BTW didn't see any huddles today by the Indians?

srinath gone

**AUSTRALIA WINS BY 125 RUNS.

CONGRATS TO THE WORLD CHAMPIONS.

BAD LUCK INDIA

**

As I said at the start of the tournament that this cup is about who comes second. Many disagreed.

The Aussies are heads and shoulders above anyone else. They made a meal of the best batting side in the world.

The Indian bowling weakness was exposed today in full.
With a weak attack and only four recognised bowlers it was never going to work.

One final point I feel very strongly that Tendulkar was having such a good time he might have thought he was indestructible and therefore without playing himself in had a go at Mcgrath and paid a heavy penalty and lost the cup for his country.

Allah tera shuker hai…margin is above 100
Congrats everybody. :bhangra:

O’ ballay ballay !!! :dhimpak: :dhimpak: :dhimpak: :dhimpak: :dhimpak:

:bhangra:

Congratulations to Australia, well played and a deserved win . In the end the Aussies total just proved to be too much . I am disappointed by our bowlers who could not restrict the Aussie total . Congrats to Australia again .
