Belgium have proven to be a stable team and having good defensive players.
The win against France at Friendlys will give them confidence and, though I think Russia will top this group and Belgium will be 2nd.
Japan is a good team with fighting spirit, but still lots to improve a lot.
Maybe in some years they'll be even able to qualify for next rounds.
And with some surprising play, maybe even at WC 2002.

I'd see Russia and Belgium advancing from here. I don't think the Japanese have any chances this time, but watch out for Tunisia. Their team isn't bad either.

I have seen players getting a red card for silly tackles and bad challenges, but what about a referee who makes bad decisions and disallows a clear cut chance and even a goal.
For me Japan has won the game with 3 - 2 the disallowed goal by the referee was a very pure decision and the referee should get a red card from the FIFA Officials for this.
The most dissapointing referee not just coz of this but many other bad decision he made.
Final Score:
Japan 2 - 2 Belgium
And as I predicted Japan played very well. A very exciting match.

Go on Tunisia!!! Let's get all of the gunshup members surprise. What is happening? Is not there anyone here who does not give a change to Tunisia. The final match will be among moonstars he he......
Japan and South korea..the two teams with an electrifying speed that could be a big factor of their success.
I saw Japan vs belgium and boy oh boy the japenese were daaam fast and everyone possesed a great stamina but they lacked height and built which might obstruct their unimaginable goals. The belgiums ,on other hand, were strong, professional and successfully did exploit their opponent's weekness but seemed to lack the speed and stamina.

Sherry, you are very right. Japanese and Koreans both, possesed talent enough to in games, yet the build and *agressiveness was not in them. *
If you guys saw Korea vs. Poland, you must have noticed the 6'3" guys, towering over the little Koreans. But the Koreans showed them off too.

Thats not true PC, the South Koreans crushed the Pols in every aspect, even in aggressivness. They don't have the build (I do agree on that), but they were hell of agrressive and even had won the direct challenges in the air, even when lacking of height.
THey are more stable than the JAPANESE
