depends if you realy really like the job.. though for me to like a job i have to like the workplace....
so if u really like the job and can do without friends and just put up a facade of "im everyones friend" and be all sneaky then stay put
otherwise, find ureself something else.

Keep yourself busy what you are doing. If anyone bug you with anything like that just say, "I better not get into it so please don't bother me."
Getting another job is not an easy cake but yes if you have options then go for it.

Ignore karo jee apna kaam karo bus ... As aaho said, if someone's really bugging you just tell them up straight that you do not want any more of it! I wouldn't quit my job over this.

Sheyn:wave:… theres work place politics in most professions and environments… Ive had to simply adopt the attitude that you can only chnage things that u control… essentially depending on how committed u are to ur role and job… I suggest one adopt s/maintains a professional manner and approach no matter what and keeps one self on the goal- that is u wishing to succeed and excel and let no one interfere in that… if one has issues personally- then as one suggested- take it up with the person in question… log it down if u have to but always remember its about u and ur aspirations.. try and keep emotions out of it although I know its easier said then done… but then again if ur determined and ethical u’ll manage how to deal with the situation… Best wishes xx

work politics will always exist! you can never get away from it.
Try and keep your self to yourself. Dont let anyone bring you down, stay strong
however, if that place is effecting your work... then might be best to leave, but most of the time people annoy others out of jealousy
