I have been doing weights for around two months and I think my hands are becoming mottey, sppecially fingures. Anyone knows how to avoid that? :-/
hmm..change a bit the way u r lifting weights...u might be putting more stress on the palm than ur supposed to???
also u can try those hand exercisers...the kind which have a spring in the middle and u just have to press that thing inside ur hand....u know what um talkin bout na?
good luck!!!

(waisey how have ya been? )
you can buy special weight hand straps to prevent the friction on your hands.
if you've noticed, weight lifters in general have thick hands. for a girl your better off doing calesthetics/aerobics unless u wanna become Chyna.

gloves cant hurt either .. just to clear something out by lifting weights your hands dont become motai.. if you have just started working out and by 'just' i mean during the last couple of months this could be normal and it simply can be muscle fatigue.. depending on how often are you working out.. lifting weights though can make your hand harder.. but you can pretty much avoid it with light weights and gloves to prevent building dead skin spots on ur hands.. :)

not the perfect technique by any means but yes I do understand what you are talking about.
why do such things in the first place?
you can ask someone to help?..
Gloves are a good idea but most new weight have those soft rubber hand grips on them to prevent friction. Gloves just tend to smell all sweaty after a while, yuck!
