I'm actually at TSS (security solutions) dept. which is in downtown (not the 11 king st. though).
The new building is under construction since last year fall, and the occupancy is expected by Jan '09. Location is between Union station and Air Canada Center - the york st. what Umar bhai mentioned.
As far as "underpaid-and-overworked" is concerned, i don't think that is the case in general. It might be some specific cases Umar bhai might have heard of, but generalization can't be true. However, this generalization can be true for overall Canada when compared to US (specially from pay point-of-view) ....... It's a big corporate with about 30k people, i haven't heard such a thing for the last one yr i've been working there. I'd agree with monitoring part though, but every company has that right to its assets.
