Who here does?

I used to but I gave up due to laziness. My brother does and its paid off and it makes me want to do it again but the effort!

if you have an hour a day, do bhangra to some upbeat music or go for a speed walk in your campus. I know my legs got so much exercise just speed walking to class and my classes were so far away from my dorm they were almost off campus.

try some naked juice, it's delicious and it gives you plenty of energy b4 and after the workout.

how come you're only asking the men, that's sexist :(
i workout everyday, it's the one thing i look forward to, it's my me time.

I’m just an all round fine human being.

As for being Shak’s girlfriend…well I feel like a bit of a prat for saying it as I fear I’ll come across as being a tad arrogant, but I’m too good for Shak.
