SO!! I got my weights out after a pathetically long time and began working out again 2 days ago. Depressing!! It was wonderful to feel my muscles waking up again but pathetic to see how sadly I’ve neglected them - how little I can do with so much less weight than I used to. I kept telling myself that running after 3 little ones is more than enough exercise (and surely it is exhausting) but it truly isnt the same.
oh mama, i totally feel for you and yes i agree with AE.. dont give up!.. start out slow and then gradually work your way up. Best of luck. Do keep us all posted. :)
Congrats!! this past week I just started back up on running after six month hiatus.....I also started back up on sit ups after like a TWO YEAR hiatus!!
I remember when I used to be a sit up pro in high school, and now it BURNS to do only a 100 each night !!!! Well atleast my burned abs reminded me that I need to do more sit ups!!!

on the other hand I lie down on a board, hold the board behind my head.
Instead of doing girly leg rise, I lift my whole body up. That is from almost neck down.
You can make it your target for next 3 years.
Out of respect I wont put up with your bros.
Other wise no one could ever beat “PunnchingMonk” and trust me many ppl have tried.
