Working ladies - how do you manage sehri in Ramzan when you're not fasting yourself?

Re: Working ladies - how do you manage sehri in Ramzan when you’re not fasting yourse

Last ramazan I was pregnant and I also did not fast. I used to get up at 4:45 a.m. and then make paratha , tea , omelette or kebab for him or used to serve him paratha with left over salan of previous day. I used to knead atta for 2 days at a time and make peras of it. I used to have my own breakfast at work

For aftari I got those frozen rolls and samosas and used to fry them. Cholay and dahi baray I used to make fresh every day with some side dish like burger / sandwiches etc. Then tea before the taraweeh and a glass of warm milk after the taraweeh. What I used to do was I used to sleep after coming back from work for 1 or 2 hours. During the whole ramazan I never got sleep in a stretch , it was always in pieces :frowning:

I believe that you already have a baby so it would be a little more difficult for you so if your husband is cooperative what you can do is make paratha for him before going to sleep. Wrap it in a napkin and keep it in a zip bag . You can then keep it in the hot pot or keep it in the fridge then tell him to just warm it in microwave for 20-30 seconds the paratha will be as good as freshly made. You can also make small portions of some salan and keep in small containers he can then warm it. For tea ask him to make tea bags one :snooty: and for aftaari just make the normal dinner and fry those frozen rolls and samosas with it.

wish you good luck :hugz:
