I would suggest calling instead of emailing them. Talk to someone, ask them who to contact...get names and numbers of those people. Is there a certain city that you would like to work in.
We have someone in our family that works as a Dean in one of the hospitals /college in Lahore, I will find out if he still works there or not.(He may be a good source to find information from)
