How can someone work from Home, say working online…?
any idea’s..
Re: working from home...
I am working from home today , my wife has doctors appointment in the morning and afternoon so I have to take her to those two appointments. Both the doctors offices have wireless Internet available at their offices so I will still be online while sitting at their offices.
It is only possible in technology related jobs or if you start some home business. Like selling something on eBay. Sewing clothes for others. Making candles in home and selling them. Assemble something at home. Many in Asia have those kinds of contracts where they assemble things at home.
Re: working from home...
Working Online mostly involves selling "e-products" (digitally transferrable) by setting up a complete auto-pilot system (own websites, referring to others' websites, getting paid per clicks etc) for delivery of the product and collecting payment.
Its mostly the information that you are selling that hold substantial value for the potential customers .... from a massage book selling for 99 cents to some software or virtual online course costing $6,000 ..... depends on marketed and perceived value and demand.
Now having your own product is always better but you can affiliate with others' programs/websites and get paid the commission and stuff. Its a darn big big market. you can make pretty good money depending on how much effort you put into it (research, package, marketing, subs, niches etc).
Hope that helps

there are doctors now, radiologists who work from home, same for pharmacists, people in product mgmt roles, I have peers who work out of home offices, there are companies that have their customer service people working remotely. inside salestype people have work from home opportunities as well.
aside from customer service, I know people in each of the examples I have given, radiologist, pharmacist, product managers, sales

veer zara, I often take up freelance projects with people I've worked with in the past, like editing articles, brochure designing, etc., but that's because I'm qualified in that area. I believe there are online tutoring programs available where you could helps kids with their homework, set up something of that sort at home. Another successful at home business is licensed daycare. You need to get certified and attend a few classes.
