I recently got a job offer (verbal) from Saudi Binladin group. The position is in Saudi Arabia and in one of their project finance groups. I will be reporting (almost) directly to one of the Binladin family members. I have 3 years of work experience at some large multinational banks as well as a masters in finance. I have been jobless for some time, so looking at it from ‘having a job’ perspective, this is a decent choice. I would appreciate if any of you can guide me on this. A seriously negative aspect is Binladin’s name, as I feel getting a job in Europe or North America at a later point in time would be almost impossible as the employers may/will feel threatened by the name.
I would like some serious feedback on growth prospects and professionalism.
