What is your work timings?
I work EST (US and Canada) but I live in Pak.
My normal work timings are standard like either 8-4 or 9-5 but sometimes additional work comes which requires extra work but the good thing is that extra work doesnt popup as late sitting. Its usually a seperate window in the night.
Now if a incident or issue comes out of nowhere, thats beyond anyone’s control
My work timings are 24/7…
