Update: So over the weekend I kicked up a notch or two.
The usual is treadmill at intesity level5 at about 3- 3.5 spead and occational sprints... moved it to intensity 7 and speed to 3.3 consisten and more sprinting in between.

Also added a stationary bike for 20 minutes and the elliptical for 20.
I think its working but I vowed not to weigh myself till next Friday.

The diet is concentrating on eating the right stuff not starving. Lots of milk, meats and fruits. Some straches and carbs.
