I am not quite sure where I am going wrong but I didn’t look a single pound the last two weeks. I am very sad and disappointed.
Last week the whole dinner party thing through me off but this week I was good … I even ate lunch inside—the weight watchers stuff and I kept within my points. Grant it the choice of food wasn’t perfect.. I did have some cookies, some oil **but **all within my range of daily points.
This morning at the company breakfast – it killed me but I didn’t have a bagel or muffin just fruit and yogurt in a healthy portion. Enough to fill me but not over do it.
My work out consists of 45 min on the treadmill and about 15 on the elliptical and some ab workouts. Nothing is happening and I’m quite upset. Suggestions?
well i dont know abt u..but i tell u abt myself..i never use any machines.....when i want to loose weight i always start doing skipping...for abt 30 mins a day and then increase the time after a week or so..
besides that i stop eating everythng jst take lots of fruits..bakes vegetables with some chikcen and some milk and juices...i do it for abt three weeks and loose abt 4 kg...
i think wht ur doing wrong is that ur not dividing ur proportions properly...ur jst eating healthy! bt not exactly the stuff u should eat when dieting.....for best result...u should write down ur weight ....and the weight u want to achive on a seperate paper...and for how many weeks u want to do.. then write wht u going to eat every week and wht exactly everyday!! and do it untill u have achived some of ur goals!
also stuff like weightwatchers or diet coke or chocolates...they r not completey healthy...they have loads and loads of calories..even though they r designed for a healthy diet!! so dnt take them for a time being.....
also bear in mind that u might not loose any weight in the first two or three weeks properly,.....but it doesnt matter...after that it will start decreasing very quickly trust me!!
remember to drink as much water juice milk as possible...as liqiuids will keep u fresh and ur stomach full..and u will eventually eat less solid stuff
Lypo suction is a temporary fix, a lifestyle fix and change in eating habits is better & more healthy. Plus with klyposuction u can gain back weight, why put yourself thru that? Eww. I do agree with what Catty is saying, you know what that's a good idea about skipping rope...but 30 minutes is long isn't it? If you haven't done it for ages?
Liposuction isnt the answer! I know a gal who spent lots of money on it and less than a year later, had gained it all back.
Dont worry too much, Muniya. When you diet, you'll lose weight and then all of a sudden hit a plateau. This is your metabolism making adjustments to the new way that you're eating. Once your metabolism stabilizes, the weight will start coming off again...you'll hit plateaus every now and then. This happened with my mom a few times over the past year but she didnt give up and she has so far lost 65 pounds!! The plateaus that you reach will last a week, sometimes 2 but then the weight will start coming off again. At my mom's weight watcher meetings, they were talking about this and said that plateau time is when many people give up because they think their diet isnt working. It is! Truly! My mom is the proof!
change your workout routine, muniya... it sounds like your body has hit a plateau, like mama said... it just means you have to work out at a more intense pace... if you like the treadmill, increase the incline or start running, instead of walking, on it.
it would be better though to change it up entirely to work out new muscles in your body and get it going again.
and remember, muscle weighs more than fat... so if you do see the scale going up, its ok. go by how your clothes fit, not the numbers.

except when you work out, your body needs energy and protein to burn... and water, milk and juice will not give you that energy. so eat something really high protein right after your workout to keep your body going. eat lots of dark green fruits and veggies, eat your meats, and don't forget/eliminate your carbs!
Muniya I think its time you changed doctors and tried something new.
Whatever it is you are trying to lose weight i suppose isnt working for you from your posts.
So why not get a different opinion?? it doesnt hurt does it??
And I know that whatever it is that is causing your weight issues can be rectified quite easily as I remember like back in the days when you were new to GS and you posted your Nikkah pic in the white outfit, you were a very slim chick.
muniya i know sometimes ur not overweight...ur jst perfect..but u still want to loose weight..as u wanna luk probably more decent..skinny...fashionable or whtever reason....if this is the case..than i would say jst do some excersice ...or try a bodyshaper...its nt expensive and can help u lukng fit!!
or the fast track is..get some dieting pills....fast but really dangerous..so be carefull before dng anythin really
