That was my next question to ask about the blogs. I don't read any , I just get inspired by successful stories people write in the newspaper. I shall be reading health blogs more.

I 'll buy flaxseeds then,it is better than using oil. You eat fish 3 times per week , how about red meat,chicken etc?

Here is an easy peasy workout you can do at home. This is by one of the trainers on The Biggest Loser.

Just repeat the circuit 3 times and you are done. You can increase the number of repetitions depending on your fitness level.

Yesterday, we did The Biggest Loser circuit posted above. Each exercise was done continuously for 2 minutes . Once we finished the entire circuit, we did this next circuit which I am posting for you.

We did the entire workout (both circuits) in one hour, doing each exercise for 2 minutes. The first circuit is strength training and the second one is a cardio blast.

It was intense. It looks easy, but it isn’t.

Challenge yourself. Do it!

Scrambled eggs (one whole, two whites), tomatoes, green beans

100g turkey slices with ¼ cucumber, sliced

Baked cod fillet with salad, tomato, spinach and ½ tbsp olive oil

100g chicken breast with ½ grilled courgette

if you are non vegetarian this diet is helpful trust me it is the best diet
