Now a days I am reading lots of ads regarding earn money and work @ home in different newspapers, can anyone help me are they OK or FAKE ???
I am bit confused, if this is true then why is people doing jobs in offices

Me too i believe working from home is good for women, avoids a lot of hassle and is more noble, honourable and easy way of living for a Muslim woman.
As a man i too would love to work from my own four walls becuase it means i can see my fammily more often and be around when needed.

Most of these are real, but the reason people still work out of home is due to several reasons:
1. because these jobs do not pay as much as a proper out of home job pays. You can take them up as part time jobs, but you can't make a career out of them.
2. Because even if they paid as much as work out of home jobs do, it isn't easy to focus on work, when you are at home. There are too many distractions. For me, the biggest distraction were my kids and I gave up my work-at-home job.

Heheh yep i'm a mechanic, hence i would rather work from home in my own car workshop than in someone elses. Heck i love my job don't get me wrong but working to keep people moving and not being at home often enough yourself is very ironic.
Its a dirty job but people misunderstand it's importance for example a dodgey surgeon is less of a danger than a dodgey mechanic. If surgeon messes up, sure he kills one person and hurts many others by breaking thier hearts etc.....
But if a Mechanic ever bodged one car, imagine that crashing on a highway and causing a pile up? In which case how many inncoent lives will that have wasted eh.....?
Tough job this one, never mind the romantic ideals, and the supposed thrills of the job. Thrills what thrills, i spend hours making sure others can still drive but i have very little time to work on my own cars. :(
But all said and done i still love my job all the same afterall someones gotta do it.

I would love to have a car mechanic as my best friend.
There are some real work from home opportunities. But since it has so much charm attached to it you would find more fake opportunities than the real one so be careful before you spend some of your money. Some will ask you to buy some books , some software , some kit etc to start working from home. In such case check some references , or look for reviews online about that opportunity. Remember old adage all that glitters is not gold.

depends on the country and the profession, it varies by companies and experience level as well. One of my good pals is a teleradiologist, i.e. he works from home reviewing patient xrays mris etc.
Then there are software developers or project managers, in a number of companies those roles have been offered as stay at home.
there are companies like jetblue which have home based agents, also companies which offer virtual assistant services, so someone can work as a personal assistant or administrative assistant but remotely.

awww... well atleast you love your job! Unlike a lot of us, who spend hours doing what they hate doing!

I agree with X2 though, depends on the Country and professions. And yes, if they are asking you for money in anyway before starting to work for them, its probably fake.

Yeah unless your really smart like this lady i know who works as an accountant from home! I must say that was impressive to learn....... if your skilled and have enough knowledge anyone can start work from home.

I am somewhat confident that he is talking about ads for MLM opportunities and the likes.
And then there are some ads from companies which tell you to become their business agent to collect money from their customer which is also a new scam now a days.

simply put....if they are asking you to give them money or work without getting paid is much likely a scam.....I will not give my personal information to a company where I have not met them in person....
