You've asked one ethic while I've mentioned three because they are not mutually exclusive.
Hmmm yes, by the Grace of Allah Almighty I practice 'em as much as possible.

I tend to avoid politics ....and i hate showing off professional jealousies....n due to that i always get the best :)

unless someone is really pointing out just to cause tension, some political ideas which might be offensive to us(in that case we present facts and set the record straight so that dirty politics is cleaned up a bit!), we are better off when we dont relate politics at work. it gives it more space and that is certainly not what we need.
