Work Ethics - completing one's work

what one starts or takes on, one must finish with all dedication and finesse. but some people don’t have the patience to complete their work.

how can they be taught to learn the value of completing their work at work?
share your thoughts and experiences, if you like.

^ lol, its what all the seniors do in our department :)

Re: Work Ethics - completing one's work

delegating is a privilege which one earns with experience and higher title. to set a good example, one must genuinely indicate self reliance in completing one's projects.

I don't think you can make someone complete their work... they have to learn it for themselves and that can be accomplished through creating an atmosphere (and not by relying on micromanagement). As you mentioned, setting an example is the way to go.
