So I am starting a new job soon in about one weeks time. The problem is that in my previous work place we had no rules and reg on work cloths, everyone wore jeans, t-shirt etc. So i really don’t know, what to wear. The problem is i will be dealing with, patients, nurses, docs and i will be on my feet most of time or in the lab. So any ideas on what i can wear and buy in the uk will be appreciated.

i will work as a technical support officer. As for dress code they really said nothing about it when i was shown around the pathology lab, though everyone wore formal cloths. I went and brought 2 office shirts and black trousers today. I'll probably pick up more stuff after i go oxford st

there are always nice work stuff at Next, black trousers is a good start i suggest get some grey trs aswell and maybe some more tops.
