FYI or ASAP…why people are so lazy and bent upon destroying the language. similarly other abbreviated words/phrases like aft., info., ave., wassup., MIL., DIL., FIL. etc.

i can understand if you shorten them in an informal writings but abbreviating them in your speech is beyond me…

…oh well, may be i hate it because i wasn’t brought up using abbreviations in my speech. :hmmm:

I also don’t like this kind of roman urdu where they write paDHna instead of paRHna.This DH always confuse me and I pronounce it as daal + hey and realize later that it’s parhna not padhna :smack:

some one replied my text message as k. I thought he was asking for further explanation. Later I found k=ok… tut painay kahin ke :bummer:

:slight_smile: AH Instead of ALLAH hafiz…writing in detail everything when it comes to ALLAH hafiz and salam and all..it becomes abbreviation…it must have psychology behind all this thing…well i use abbreviation if i am busy…
