We often use words and never appreciate their full meanings. And then there are those who resort to using bombastic words just to impress others .

Simple speech, I don't know why people use big words just to impress people.I know that news channel can use some big words because they are broadcasting on big level.But whats with every day to day talk.

Most people do not know to use fancy words in the right context anyway. They are stupid.

Mirch Bhai :- it depends. these fancy words from RIGHT person with right CONTEXT, have huge impact on listners. On the other hand, if some1 is using them as an “intellectual fart” then they have no impact what so ever.
