Now when I think either of this 3 is happening.
- Jamican cop are too incompetent and are confused. Less likely.
- Some angry fan managed to get into Hotel and did it.
- Woolmer family members conspired to do it. Like it or not, comments from Woolmer family member has not be what one would expect under these circumstances. My aplogies if you didnot like it.
I am more leaning towars #2 though. I dont think it could be betting.

1st) Done by Internationals to creates more problems regarding the current political and world situation. I mean to degrade Pakistan in every field of live as "terrorist"!
2nd) Heart Attack (Thats been cleared, so its out)
3rd) Any of billionaire or Mafia personalities who may have lost his / her / their bet and just ordered to kill him. (Though it doesnt make any sense to kill only Woolmer where as other were in field to play)
4th) Any of Pakistani who was having great hopes with Pakistani team and he / she may have killed him as he / she may have loose temper or / and have . (Also a nonsense but a valid reason)
5th) Any of team member who may have lost his temper and has committed it!

- Blood streaked down Bob Woolmer's right check.
- He had a gash above his left eye.
- A small bone in Mr Woolmer's neck had been discovered to have been broken. Second post-mortem is to determine whether this was due to strangulation or could have been caused by his collapsing and hitting the basin in the bathroom.
- The body is believed to have been found in the bathroom, which had blood on the floor and vomit on the walls, and moved to the bedroom during attempts to resuscitate him.
- Sources close to the investigation said it was unlikely that Mr Woolmer's body would be flown back to South Africa via London tomorrow as planned.
It seems to me that Police are just waiting for the second post-mortem results before making arrests.

seems to me that he might have fallen on his face/neck and broken the bones in his neck. If he was vomiting and suffering diarrhea, he probably would be calling doctors and/or help instead of just waiting for someone to come to his bathroom and strangle him. Best guess would be the same betting mafia that were involved in Cronje's plane crash are involved. Since Cronje's case is being re-opened or chances of it being reopened. Woolmer might have known facts or names, and he might have been thought to reveal it in his book. Especially with his career virtually over now with Pakistan's exit from the WC, and no chance of a coaching contract with England, the killers might have thought that he will not care and reveal anything he knows in his book.
Again all of this is speculation as well.

Quite possible indeed. And the Jamaican police might do a complete 180 turn after the expert opinions of Foreign pathologists/coroners.

Who said he was sitting on the toilet pooping and vomitting?
The human body excretes a whole variety of fluids when you die. Your sphincters literally burst open, diarrhea and urine are to be expected. As for vomit, it's not unlikely you'll vomit if you've been tossed around.
The question now is not what killed him. But WHO. Coaches don't die of strangulation the day after a horrible loss. There's a bigger picture we're missing.

I would be very surprised if no arrests are made within the next 48 hours. Although it is a Jamaican police investigation they also have the resources of the international community, particularly Scotland Yard in their hands.
