I have had laser and trust me, this is only the finer hairs that were never going to be properly treated in the first place, or bad settings from whoever was providing your electrolysis.
And hair cycles are such that any area that doesn’t have new growth for about 6 months means the follicles were permanently destroyed. But this doesn’t mean that new follicles won’t appear in the future.. but as I said on a place like the legs this won’t happen.
