how to motivate yourself to lose weight.
- think thin!
- drink plenty of water always
- exercise religiously, in steps and move all limbs, & especially the waist line, arms and legs!
- stop buying any more clothes and promise yourself that you will get a very nice new dress when you would have lost 5 lbs
- eat little, no matter how delicious and appetizing some food looks to you
- skip the next meal, when in the previous meal you had a lot
- drink hot tea without milk and sugar
- stretch
- distract your mind from eating psychologically by thinking yourself to be think and active
- speak up your affirmation to continue to control your diet
& you will achieve a healthy weight, soon before you see it.
