WILL NOT WORK.

aspirting to lose weight and then binge eating.

a habit that some people develop and thus even though they aspire to lose weight, they just dont because they keep eating on a binge.

the body’s health suffers.
the mental agony remains and men or women cause a decrease in their personal self esteem and healthy self concept.

weight increase is always an issue with well built people.
they tend to accumulate more and much faster, sometimes, not because they eat a whole olot, but because their bodies’ metabolism is such that it does not let itself digest all food and thus its excess becomes body fat.

how to motivate yourself to lose weight.

  1. think thin!
  2. drink plenty of water always
  3. exercise religiously, in steps and move all limbs, & especially the waist line, arms and legs!
  4. stop buying any more clothes and promise yourself that you will get a very nice new dress when you would have lost 5 lbs
  5. eat little, no matter how delicious and appetizing some food looks to you
  6. skip the next meal, when in the previous meal you had a lot
  7. drink hot tea without milk and sugar
  8. stretch
  9. distract your mind from eating psychologically by thinking yourself to be think and active
  10. speak up your affirmation to continue to control your diet

& you will achieve a healthy weight, soon before you see it.

Just don't stop eating :) Starving never helps in loosing extra lbs.

  • Eat regular healthy meal (no over eating) in small quantities.
  • Stop all the juices and junks.
  • Eat fresh fruits at snack.
  • Do exercise regularly (include yoga and some cardio) . Don't over do it.
  • Be happy always even if you are not losing weight :)
  • Plus the above Dushwari said. Specially drinking lots of water (12+ glasses of water each day)

ohh I love the 4th point.. i think this can work for me since i have a craze of clothes :D
