So wife can divorce husband the same way as hubby can? Like talaq talaq talaq and divorce happens ?
Yes, wife can divorce husband just like husband do. As far as "talaq talaq talaq" is considered, its debatable. As i have understood it, no matter how many times you say talaq...its only 1 talaq and they can rejoin after 1 talaq. They now have 2 talaq's left.

But I read a hadees on a site that when he says three times at once that talaq happens.
when the women wants divorce from the husband it is known as khula , she can ask the husband to divorce her or go through sharia council here in the UK
No that' not the case. Her haal main husband hi talaq deta hai to hoti hai. Naheen day to talaq naheen hoti uskay kahay baghair.
You have to say Mujhay talaq day/do/dain.*3 or as many times as you like. until get a talaq.
what on earth ru talking about here?? oh man no har hal me husband talaq nai deta..women have equal rights in islam..and if u dont know a man has to give reasons for divorce..but a woman does not need to give any reasons..she can appeal for a khula anytime she wants to.
have u not heard the hadith where a woman came to hazrat muhammad saying that she dont like her husbands appearance and so she cant live with him. he said she can give him khula and thats her right.
and a wife dont need to say mujhe talaq dedo ..oh boy !!
But I read a hadees on a site that when he says three times at once that talaq happens.
i dont think there is any hadith which says that saying the word talaq three times means a real divorce....regardless how many times u say talaq it doesnt happen just like that
please go and read surat talaq and then come back with ur very very weak knowledge..there is a specific process for divorce in islam ..

also i didnt understand ur point :)
Ignorance is not the blessing in this case. You are a classic example of how we as a society has ignore the fact that in addition to Khula, Islam also has a provision that guy can give right to divorce to gal when nikkahfying. In that case gal don’t have to "ask for khula" but she can divorce guy.
In our male dominant society, maulana sahab skips this section on nikkah nama or sometime just enter "N/A" without asking if guy want to assign the right to gal or not

Well by three talaq it means that there are only "3" chances in married life that pair have it does not mean that if you say "talaq talaq talaq" all 3 chances are gone. Either you say it once or 3 times, its one talaq and wife/husband can resume living together if they want to within specific time and now they have 2 more chances left..same thing goes on for 2nd and 3rd chance but after 3rd chance there is no going back without halala
i find it really stupid how girls rights are waived when signing a nikanama cuz these very important clauses suddenly seem silly to both parties and so a line is drawn through all clauses.. nulling all of them
we filled out every single clause in my nikanama not cuz its starting the marriage off on the wrong foot by thinking the worse can happen.. but to give the girl security that she too has rights in islam that will hold in courts should something happen.
I really don't understand why this particular clause is ignored in the nikahnama. its probably considered a bad omen to be discussing these issues at that moment, so as not to jinx the marriage, but that is so old school, need to be more practical now.
Allah (SWT) gave the husband the right to divorce and to balance that, HE gave the women the right to khula. When that right is taken away, you close all doors of return, for the woman, and sadly that was probably the reason behind discouraging it, again a cultural norm not a religious one.

Isnt khula something where girl has to go through sharia council or court to get divorce but when she has a right to divorce husband she can do the same way husband does ?

Thanks decent.
That's what I know.
Would you please explain in new thread about divorce and Halaa to me. I don't know very well about that specially halalaa.. How and when to do.
the right for divorce from a girl is taken right during NIKKAH, this very right is very boldly snatched from the girls by putting a big cross at it. the reasons being that there won't come such a time in the married life. the girls' parents are already stressed down bcoz of the early proceedings so they hardly utter a single word out as the whole family is around and a slightest interrogation might give vent to a disgrace. i m talking about the PAKISTANI PRESPECTIVE as i had only experienced this. the boys' family think that it might b like cuuting down ur own hands by giving the right. so, nothing is done except deriving out that very sentence................
