i usually get away by just saying hmmm, hunh, ok , great, you are so wise etc…
But it gets annoying after a while.

How do you guys pretend to listen to them ? and not get caught.

Try non-verbal body language.

Give your mouth a break…and trying nodding your head and smiling…as a way to show fake interest and concurrence.

Feign sleeping.

Pretend you just received a call/message on cell phone

Head to the bathroom…or out the door

Use positive reinforcement…reward her when she manages to go quiet for 5 minutes.

This is what…your umpteenth thread about your grievances regarding women? Gettin old :rolleyes:

Why do men like to act like kids and sit in front of the TV playing their silly games the whole day???!!! It is cute at the beginning..and then gets annoying :vivo:

***I usually just zone out and my eyes glaze over when someone keeps rattling on incessantly !

Only problem with covering it up is I start yawning uncontrollably and this has happened so many times with aunties and they remark whether its past my bedtime :bummer:…My Mom has stopped taking me out to meet aunties because of this :D***
