Women who "test" their husbands

There’s this new breed of women I see more and more who like to “test” their husbands.

Example: They’ll put their husbands in situations where he has to pick between them and their moms/sisters. Or let’s say there is a issue, they will instead of discussing the pros and cons with their husband like a partner, they will wait and see what choices the husband makes after which they will go through a dramatic blame game.

So what’s the deal with that?

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

Drama queens fed by Star Plus. :p

On a serious note, I think they're insecure and desperate for attention.

This

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

Those women sound dangerous and very very manipulative. Why play games? Say what you mean and mean what you say.

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

Agreed, some women are very manipulative.

I thought the thread title meant a totally different thing. Like the long time girlfriend of my friend would randomly have one of her friends approach him (online) to catch him cheating. He recently broke up with her, good riddance I say, stupid biatch.

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

haha me too, I thought it was about a 'honey trap'. Your friends ex is pretty lame, if you have no trust whats the point?

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

Per my observation of couples (desi couples included), when I see wives going for 'if you cant tell why I am bothered then I am not going to tell you' strategy with their hubby then it really surprises me.

O cant he tell what is irritating me?

No, he cant. Please verbalize your reason to him.

Re: Women who “test” their husbands

Now if a man would have said that, it would have been showing disrespect to a woman because she is in fact a woman.

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

I don't get it

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

That is where men should put the foot on ground and say:

"Test me all you want, I'll do what is right."

Now, what rizla said,

..........some men would love to 'fail' bigger test than just online approach.. ;)

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

haha...yes that is VERY common, and seem guys seem to love that, that is what surprises me! many a times even i have been approached to call and test a boyfriend... but some other girls love doing it, and think they can "steal" the guy away from their own friend!

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

All. ALL!!! : )

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

How to test if a woman would test you like that after getting married?

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

Be suspicious of unknown caller or someone who texts you with lovy-dovey stuff.

Now how to deal with that?
One way to deal with that is hang up or do not text back. No fun in that though. :(

Other way to deal with that..... play along!...........and tell your wife! ( if you want to live....... :D)

Result would be- Either she will be embarrased inside to even test you, or she would love you more for being honest!

Both ways you win! :)

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

I would like to see how TLK jii would deal this issue... (No offence)

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

if the man is strong enough then no woman can test her i.e. if she puts her hubby in situations where he has to choose btw her and his mom/sis then he should choose who ever is right.

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

They are called Star-Plus women perhaps?

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

this.

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

If you have to send out your girl friends to stalk your husband/bf/fiance and see if he cheats on you then you have some serious issues in your relationship.
I don't know if mine is an isolated case, but men are less expressive about their opinions and we women like to give an opinion about EVERYTHING. Overtime, men also become better at avoiding conflicts with their significant other by giving biased opinions and saying what their partner wants to hear instead of what they really think about something.

So there's nothing wrong with throwing a curveball once in a while to see what his position is on something. I don't call it a test, its just being creative in finding out what he really thinks about a topic/issue instead of getting a manipulated response out of him.

Re: Women who "test" their husbands

Ahhh I just realized how evil I may have come off on that post. Basically it's just to create a hypothetical situation where you fake it and pretend like your agreeing with the opposite side just to see if he agrees with you and find out what he really thinks. It just takes a few tweaks here and there and he blurts it out.
Hey I'm not the one sending out girls to stalk him!
