see aside from those psychos that enjoy getting slapped…alot of men try to touch in pakistan because the KNOW they can get away with it. they rub up against women because most women are too shy to publicly shout at him and make it obvious he was doing that.
even in a free society…lets take the U.S as example…men oogle (construction workers!!!) they know they can get away with it. they dont TOUCH because they KNOW they’ll be busted for harrassment.
since pakistan is eons away from punishing the frustrated rubbing men…i think women need to take a stand and either kick them in the balls or atleast reply with a tight slap.
