I agree to a point.
I also believe that the reason that there is less of that in other countries is that there are laws that are enforced to stop it and the men are not looked apon as men"in need of sex" but as the criminals they are.
When there is an issue of non-consent, it is a criminal act, no if's, and's, or but's. So if a guy can't keep his hands to himself, have laws in place to arrest and prosecute him. Otherwise it will continue as something that guys smile about (for example refer to eagle's post).
And, oh yeah, while we are on it, looking at women is not a crime. Oogling women is not a crime. People who get upset over people looking at them need to get a life. TOUCHING a person (anyone) is a crime without consent.
