Women say if you were raped, it is your own fault

Everybody has a choice and most people are taught the difference between right and wrong. you are responsible for your own behaviour only. if someone else decides to assault you, be it physically, mentally, emotionally, sexually, that’s a choice that individual has made. You aren’t responsible for it. Why? Because everybody has a choice and most sensible men will not go out and rape a woman on the street if she’s wearing a mini skirt. Why? because they know the difference between right and wrong. A rapist is responsible for making the decision to rape another individual.

That’s exactly what I’m trying to say…everybody is responsible for their own behavior.

I’m not saying the rapist has an excuse or he has a “right” to do whatever he wants–he definitely deserves to be punished. Even in those very very few situations where it could have been prevented–a rapist is still a rapist and deserves the maximum punishment.
