Men get raped too, and they can't exactly go around wearing miniskirts or dressing "not decent"
When you rape someone you're invading their personal space and so much more, you have got to be inhumane to do something like that to another human being. In this case there is a victim and a predator...so NO, it is no way the victim's fault
