Thanks for the input mad_scientist but not looking for role models in area of science, religion and Fine Arts (film/moive/Tvshows/singer..etc)
Marie Curie - the first ever major female scientist, whose achievements in discovering radioactivity and being the first and only person to ever win 2 Noble Prized in different fields of science proved without doubt that women are intellectually every bit the equal to men, and can be superior to them to.

undoubtedly warriors and those who inflict death are much more admirable role models to aspire to than those who dedicate their lives to charity.

No political or film figures here, so no controversy.

what about the religious degenerates? do they have a female role model. or they still just rely on the various qazi and mualanas who are the self declared defenders of faith as role models. maybe sandwich sami?

Her husband, Daniel Pearl, was kidnapped and murdered in Pakistan while she was pregnant...instead of committing suicide or wallowing in pity/grief, she decided to do something about her grief, and is giong around the world, meeting and interviewing other remarkable women who are doing something to fix the society around them....Of course I suspect it might get some ppls panties in a twist... :)
