Women: PMS-Symptoms..

Does anyone else have like really strong PMS-symptoms? I have both physical and mental symptoms, like bloating, headache, and then really bad mood swings, i can be happy and suddenly im really sad and crying and usually crying about some really small thing! Then when i have PMS everything seems to be annoying and i get angry really easily, thats so weird because usual its really hard to get me mad! Like all little annoying thing become then so big that it feels like i cant avoid them, example if someone has some annoying habit so when i have PMS that habit feels 100 more annoying than usual : D And I cry then sooo easily, even little things, and usual i dont cry a lot, really rarely, but everything feels so depressing and sad in those couple days!
This is become so annoying, and im so sick of my mood swings, because I dont want to cry all the time or get mad about something little, and biggest thing is i think im nagging and yelling to people who i really care and mostly without proper reason! And after yelling or nagging i feel so bad:( Really in those couple days it feels like im totally different person. I have thought about going to doctor and talk and ask if there are some advices which would help me . Now im just happy that this isn’t happening every month, like i have easier PMS days and then those harder. Like every third month i have harder PMS-symptoms. Does anyone u have this kind a problem and some advices? Am I only one? My bhai always says “i feel sorry for that poor guy who is going to marry and live with u” haha:D:D

Re: Women: PMS-Symptoms..

^Yeah, same here except that I become almost suicidal and the feelings start 2 days before the period and ends before the bleeding starts. I was always normal but pmsing started just 2 years ago.

Anyway, I'm shocked that pms can happen to unmarried girls too, may be you should see a doctor if it's not getting any better. I plan to consult my doc if the feelings don't go away in another 6 months because this is just getting annoying where I don't have much control over my negative emotions for 2 days and everyone has to suffer as a result.

I too feel bloating and mood swings. I dont feel like talking to anyone neither being touched by anyone. I dont cry, but i am annoyed and irritated. And if im at work.. i just want to kill everybody.. hehehehe

Re: Women: PMS-Symptoms..

Its hard to be a woman right: D When I have PMS, I just want to everyone leave me alone, especially in work:D What does that matter in PMS-symptoms if u are married or not?

Re: Women: PMS-Symptoms..

^PMS has nothing to do with being married (being sexually active) or not.

I never used to get ANY physical or emotional symptoms of PMS. But then a year ago I think, I started getting angry like crazy, right before my period. I am never that angry under normal circumstances. For me, though, it is only noticeable when I am already stressed out. I cry for no reason, I am ticked off at everyone and everything; even little kids on the subway. When I get angry, O God, I am DIFFICULT to handle. I am not mean, more unreasonable and well, unreasonably angry.

I had heard and read this a lot, and now I finally have personal experience to back this up that working out ACTUALLY alleviates PMS.
