I agree with sadzz and also with saadia B. You do need money to motivate yourself, for example, I used to see all these lovely clothes in shops but I couldn’t afford them so I stopped worrying about my figure and gained lots of weight in few years. Also, having 3 kids in 4 years and taking care of them made me so busy and tired to think about anything else.

In January 2010, I wanted a change, so I bought some sportswear and work out dvds, bought new make up and now I’m concentrating on my wardrobe. You know people don’t treat you nicely if you don’t look nice. And as Sadzz said, you should do it for yourself to gain self esteem and confidence.

I lost 20lbs in last 5 months btw.

Yeah, thats what I am saying.

Good for you, now I need to motivate myself too.
