We were living in Pakistan during the Kargil war and all they showed on the tele were stories of soldiers, tributes to soldiers, female soldiers, families of soldiers and whatnot. I was very touched even though I was very young at the time and I had decided to become a millitary doctor, hence making my mother happy because I was a daaktar and making myself happy because I was in the millitary. And then I grew up.

Men and women in the millitary are truly inspirational people.

^ They are…I admire any woman who does not limit herself to just what people expect her to be or do.
