“I find this video one of the most insightful explorations of the human female “soul”. Because the images are painted by great artists, the inner nature of different types of women is revealed. Each painting gives a intimate look at a particular woman but collectively the portraits create an insightful portrayal of the female gender.”
“though portraits are ‘frozen’ in time,…as they morph, the subjects individual expressions(because they are fleeting) seem more poignant, they become real, they gain relevance in relationship to each other during transition. Leads me to think of how many of those faces were drawn from imagination only…and further that they too become ‘real’, and you, have in a sense, given them a glimpse of life. lots to think of here, beauty, mortality!”
