I think we all women do complain a lot. There is no harm in accepting it but we have to vent for every other thing that goes around. On the other hand, men keep to themselves. Its rare that they let it loose and open up & complain about every other thing. Same way, we women gossip excessively. I see it around me all the time. My bhabi is telling so & so’s story to my brother and my brother just nods away. Men lack interest in what goes around & who does what. Usually they mind their own business, its a great thing & they end up with lesser such problems.
How can we stop complaining so much & avoid gossips? Even religiously its something not appreciated. We do for pure fun & time pass. Half our problems would finish if we stopped these self-created problems.

Stop complaining by focussing on the positive things in your life. Look at all the good things that you accomplished/have.
Focus less on the negativities and if you don’t like a certain aspect in your life, try to change it. If it doesnt work out, atleast you tried.
Also don’t focus on what others have. Don’t let that make you insecure about your own life.
And avoid gossips by not indulging in it. Don’t gossip about others and make it clear to other people that you dont like to hear negativities about others behind their back.
If you want to change the world, start from yourself.

women are designed this way that they are a bundle of emotions and need words to express themselves appropriately at all times. But gossiping, backbiting, complaining etc are conditioned reflexes.
There’s nothing wrong with a venting out session (harmless little vent outs obviously) because if allowed to let things pile than the explosion of emotions could be far worse and difficult to handle.
See no evil, hear no evil and then obviously speak no evil should be the policy implemented. Waise bhi ppl who have a lot of time need to do that. The one who has a lot of work to do wouldnt think twice of calling someone up just to ask what happend to so and so’s so and so
