Can some one analyze what is common in these countries?

Why can’t they vote?

If you are a judge what punishment you give to these un…. What ever …

How they will be treated in haven.

Where women can’t vote

Bhutan – In 2003, each family got one vote in village elections. No electons held yet.

Brunei – no right to vote for women or men

Kuweit – only men who have been naturalized for 30 years or more, or have resided in Kuwait since before 1920 and their male descendants at age 21

Lebanon – women can vote at age 21 only if they have an elementary education.

Saudi Arabia – men will vote in municipal elections next year for the first time since 1962. It’s not clear yet if women will also get to vote.

United Arab Emirates – no right to vote for men or women.

You also forgot to mention the following countries:

Belarus - no voting for men or women
North Korea - no voting for men or women
Democratic Republic of Congo - no voting for men or women

I could go on and on, but there are plenty of countries still out there with no voting for men or women

speaking of voting rights, here you get fined for not voting :hoonh:

Thats because majority of these countries, like UAE, Saudi Arabia, Brunei they dont have democracy.

I would suggest you stop worrying about them, because people in those countries are much better off and happy, (mite not be the case with Saudi Arabia but neverthless)....so dont loose your sleep over it. Worry about the so-called Democratic Nations, there is much to worry and sort out in those countries.

well saves them the trouble..

what good does the vote do for people who are and do vote in their countries.. all u get is the liberal-conservative topi drama... when they're both the same.

Not worrying about them at all since you relieved my mind about this, however it is nice that you can speak for all those people who are not allowed a say/voice in who makes the laws in their countries. They may want to know that they are better off and happy, I have heard a few here say they aren't. They may be surprised at this, but what do they know, they are used to being spoken for.

"So-called democratic nations" at least know that when a quasi-dictator (ie, Bush) gets elected, in four years, he will be gone. In other countries without democracy, everything changes only by birth/death or gun.

I just wouldn't be happy having no voice in determining the laws that affect myself, my husband, my kids, my family, my neighbors, my work, my peace, my freedom ..... but I am glad you are complacent in having others rule you, this is what they need for it to work --- unseeing and unthinking loyalty.

My opinion, of course, one I am free to voice in my "so-called Democratic Nation" and vote (even as a woman) when I am not happy with what is going on in my government. Since the government helps itself to a piece of my paycheck everytime I get one, I definitely want a say in it.
