How long will it be until it is fashionable (or not unfashionable) for women NOT to shave their underarms and legs? It seems to me that this is one of the final indicators of male-dictated conservatism in women’s fashion.
Just had my bhabi here from Texas and she was amazed to see that very few Italain women think it necessary to shave under their arms! But I do think things are beginning to change even in the US - I remember an alternative (US) magazine sometime ago that put a photograph of an unshaven woman in - and it was commented on quite positively. I think there is also an issue of body odor here (more hair = more smell) which may be why some women choose to shave.
gotta agree with u there that maybe it is hygeine that dictates shaving under ur arms rather then fashion or what the guyz prefer!!!anywayz i think its a personal thing i mean maybe someppl dont who knows(who wants to know)

i remember a while back, a camera caught Julia Roberts waving, revealin her unshaved underarms...there was a big fuss over that...

will if it is a shunna to shave arm pitts and ect-parts, then how come Salman Khan never shave his dirty smelly arm pitts... anit he a muslim...
and what about if you are relatively poor and you cannot afford a Gillete sensor tripple blad shaver/razor ( I mean suppose that you are a filty sqatter )...

European women generally don’t shave under-arms, but do shave bikini area which is exposed. Americans shave under arms. Both shave legs.
