woh pochti hay mein teray liye yon zarori hon kaisay
mein kehta hon zinda rehnay ko sans meri zarori ho jaisay

wo pochti hay tera mujhey itna chahna zarori hay kaisay
mein kehta hon jeena chahta hon jeenay ko tujhey pana ho jaisay

woh pochti hay tera meray saath ko nibhana hay kaisay
mein kehta hon bina sath kay teray mera mer jana ho jaisay

woh pochti hay teri aankh mein ansoo aata hay kaisay
mein kehta hon yaad tera aana meri ruh ko tarpata ho jaisay

woh pochti hay dua ko tera haath uthana hay kaisay
mein kehta hon sath janam ka mang raha ik janam say ho jaisay

woh pochti hay tera khamosh ankhon mein dekhna hay kaisay
mein kehta hon in ankhon mein kho jana mera maqsad ho jaisay

woh pochti hay isqader tot ker chahna mujhey hay kaisay
mein kehta hon zindagi naam hay teray tu meri zindagi ho jaisay

very nice Smilly…i heard this ghazal on radio…in one of the ghazals program…i tried writing it down but was too fast for me :frowning:

thanks soooooooooooooooooo much :hug: for posting…i liked it a lot and woh jisne ghazal sunayi thi unka sunaane ka andaaz bhi bahot khoob tha mashallah…

nahi ji kisi ne gaya nahi hai…

woh ek program aata hai yaha every saturday night…there people call in and read some ghazals…not singing but reading. so ek mohtarma ne padhi thi is ghazal ko…:smiley:
