Since I haven’t seen a thread on this movie, I thought I would start one:)
I heard in the reviews that it was a great movie. It’s based on the true story of Mahesh Bhat and Parveen Bobby who had an affair maybe in the early 80’s. I have learned some about Parveen Bobby’s life after she had left the film industry. That she started doing drugs and gained a lot of weight and was not in her normal senses towards the last few years of her life. She was also isolated from the world and not many people from the industry kept in touch with her. When she died, no one had found about her death for several days. Does anyone have any more information about this movie. I think it would interesting.
The movie also has some good songs. My favorite is Kya mujhe pyar hai.

great music, great acting, great storyine....although it left me in tears ruining all my eyeliner n my evil brother made fun of me all the way to home :@ i ishtill loved the movie!
