Your ghazal has a few errors here and there and I find 2 ashaars that I am unaware of. Can anyone here kindly confirm if these are later additions or part of Momin's original ghazal? here are the 2 i am not sure of
Kabhi Subh Main Baithay Jo Robaroo, Tu Isharatoon He Say Guftagoo
Woh Biyaan Shook ka Barmala, Tumhain Yaad Hoo Kay Na Yaad Hoo
*Sunno Zikar Hai Kai Saal Ka Kiya App Aik Wada Tha
Soo Nibahnay Ka Tu Zikr Kiya Tumhian Yaad Hoo Kay Na Yaad Hoo

I have not heard these 2 before and they do not jive with the rest of the ghazal.
Also muddii, there was no such thing as a nazm during Momin's time.
