ye chiragh-e-benazar hai ye sitara bezubaan hai
abhi tuj se milta julta koi dosra kahan hai
wohi sahks jis par apne dil-o-jaan nisar kardoun
wo agar khafa nahi hai to zaroor badgumaan hai

kabhi pakee tuj ko khona, kabhi khokee tuj ko pana
yeah janam janam ka rishta tere mere darmiyaan hai

mere saath chalne wale tujhe kya mila safar mein
wohi dukh bhari zameen hai wohi gham ka asmaan hai

unhi rastoun ne jin pe kabhi tum the saath mere
mujhe rok rook poocha tera hamsafar kahan hai
